SUMMARY AND PURPOSEThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing Human Resources for the entire Schneider Packaging Equipment Company organization.
This includes oversight for all functions of Human Resources to include recruiting, benefits management, employee performance management, compensation, payroll & time and attendance and all other matters related to the management of employees.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
Manage all aspects of recruiting for different functions within the business.
This includes supporting managers to write job descriptions, identifying candidates, working with recruiting agencies as needed, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and Schneider policies for the successful onboarding of an employee.
Benefits Management:
Responsible for managing the employee benefits for all employees this includes all medical and retirement benefits (medical, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
).
This includes overseeing annual enrollment process, managing new hires and terminations, and all other administrative matters.
Performance Management:
Manages and deploys performance management framework for business to ensure all employees have goals and objectives.
Supports managers in all disciplinary matters, employee training, and any other performance management matters as necessary.
Compensation:
Manages all aspects of compensation for business to include annual benchmark, annual increases, incentive compensation, and process to approve changes in compensation.
This also includes review for compliances with all laws, regulations, and Schneider Policies.
Payroll and Time & Attendance:
Primary interface with payroll provider and 401(k) administrator and provides support to accounting and payroll administrator to ensure all payroll records are managed in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Schneider policies.
General HR:
HR Manager in business and responsible for all HR related matter to include internal employee communications, supporting any other employee related matters and providing ongoing reporting to leadership on human resource related matters.
Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and support all business needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
PROFESSIONAL
Qualifications Education:
Undergrad degree preferred, or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Knowledge of Paylocity & Paychex preferred.
Skills:
Proven ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
Highly effective time management, personal organization, and communication skills.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality, timely completions of tasks.
A Results Oriented attitude coupled with a strong sense of accountability.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
