, an International Reverse Vending (RVM) and Recycling Company, is looking to fill a Driver Dispatch role in our Fayetteville, NY location.
The Driver Dispatcher is responsible for regional logistics planning within TOMRA North America.

00 pm Job Description Actively participate in productivity improvement through effective route planning and transportation cost reduction initiatives Maintain an accurate customer information database Create daily driver route plans Provide excellent customer service through organized communication and follow through of customer requests.
Achieve TOMRA Northeast schedule attainment goals through effective route planning and driver dispatching.
Provide trouble-shooting and real time solutions to minimize service disruptions/missed pickups in a cost-effective manner Create and maintain accurate record keeping for reporting and analysis purposes Provide reporting on standard KPIs as required Create seasonal route plans with local managers based on driver resources available.
Qualifications 2
years of experience in a similar position.
Efficient with database software (roadshow, geotab, and compology) Efficient with excel and Microsoft word.
Effective verbal and written communication (bilingual - Spanish/English a plus) Ability and willingness to work with other departments and the general public, furnishing and obtaining information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
