o Provide assistance to New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Project Manager as directed o Review and initiate construction emergency declarations to ensure applicability and coordinate response. o Work with Design and Construction divisions to ensure contractor's adherence to plans, specifications and generally accepted construction standards. o Coordinate change orders and waivers for projects o Review/evaluate emergency contractors for the program o Track open projects and work to close out projects after the initial emergency situation has been resolved. o Responsible for RFI tracking o Responsible for contract document review o Basic scheduling techniques will be applied for schedule review o Responsible for payment review and preparation o Assist project Teams with multiple projects as requested. o Provide support to other staff on processes and requirements, monitor contract compliance, participate in the development of contracts. o Provide afterhours coverage for emergency coordination as needed. Who You Are Minimum Requirements:
o High School Diploma o Minimum of 0-2 years experience on smaller projects valued above $1M o Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications o Strong interpersonal skills o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Valid driver's license - Occasional travel within the region may be required. o Proven ability to adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. o This hire will be contingent upon client selection and successful background check. o Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. o This hire will be contingent upon client selection and successful background check. o Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.u000Bo Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. o This role is subject to a client mandated drug/alcohol testing policy. As such, employee may be subject to random drug/alcohol tests. A copy of the client mandated drug/alcohol testing policy will be provided during employee onboarding and is available upon applicant request. Preferred Requirements:
o Experience with Submittal Exchange and Bluebeam preferred but not mandatory o Experience with institutional construction preferred but not mandatory o OSHA 30 Hour certified o Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems o Working knowledge with project scheduling software (i.e. Oracle Primavera) o This position is subject to and contingent upon client approval of candidates put forth for consideration by WSP.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
