Director Of Brand Communications

We are looking for a Director of Brand Communications to develop and lead our communications function. In this role you will drive communication strategies that position Array one of the fastest growing and innovative companies in fintech. Working remotely in the US, the ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, self-driven, organized and ambitious.
Responsibilities:
Build the Array brand story for clients across our sales verticals, as well as in the media Create and develop Array's public relation and communications strategy- ultimately managing the communications calendar Own and execute our social media strategy, including but not limited to increasing Array's social following across all platforms Write, edit and distribute press materials (press releases, media alerts, awards submissions etc) in a timely manner Partner with Array's marketing team and media agency to ensure alignment and a cohesive message Build and maintain close relationships with the press to secure coverage and elevating Array's brand Help develop all presentations and train CEO/Executive Team members for media opportunities and speaking engagements Own and optimize our communication and public relations budget Requirements:

years public relations experience in an agency with clients in the financial sector, network and/or in-house at a fintech or financial institution. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Seamless project management and people skills. Ability to effectively communicate (sometimes complex messaging) succinctly at all levels of the organization Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and digital content creation Deep understanding of the fintech landscape Best, The Array Recruiting Team.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
