Company DescriptionTOMRA, an international recycling company, is looking for a Customer Service Manager in our Syracuse, NY office! The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, and improve customer profitability.

30 pmJob DescriptionResponsible to manage overall customer satisfaction in the assigned region, including customer service and marketing activities.
Responsible for working with multiple internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance (Sales, Service, Material Recovery, Billing, and Bar Code Department).
Conducting site audits to maintain company standardsResponsible for creating, developing, implementing and maintaining volume enhancement programs in the assigned region.
Coordinating field customer service territory coverage, as well as communicating and scheduling meetings with customers.
Manage and report on all customer activities on a consistent basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
